- Parent/Guardian must accompany minor if being vaccinated for consent

- Ages under the age of 3 are unable to be vaccinated at this event
Pfizer Bivalent Booster (ages 5+) and Moderna Bivalent Booster (ages 6+) are administered at least two months after completion of the primary series or two months after the last Monovalent Booster.
Limited FREE Flu Vaccine will be available
Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, and TdAP Vaccines will be available at no cost for the Uninsured.
