Partnering for Success: Working Together for a Healthier Community
The Health Improvement Partnership of Maricopa County (HIPMC) is a collaborative effort between Maricopa County Department of Public Health and a diverse array of public and private organizations addressing priority health issues through the Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP).

As the fourth largest county in the United States with more than 3.8 million residents, we have a lot of ground to cover in impacting the health of our community! There are many strategic initiatives and programs already underway addressing similar health priorities. We would like to hear about these types of projects so that we can better reflect work being done more broadly and help identify opportunities for collaboration.
Whether your organization is large or small, health-related or not, the HIPMC brings together all those passionate about promoting health and wellness within their respective communities. The CHIP process provides a forum to share ideas and resources as well as to identify gaps and barriers to existing services.
There is a space for everyone at the HIPMC, for every level of engagement.
